The Mission
Thirty years of building platforms, organizations, and community infrastructure made one thing undeniable: the gap isn’t talent. It’s access. The CEO MIND Foundation exists to close that gap.
We invest in youth who have the hunger but not the headstart. We build systems that create economic participation where exclusion used to be the default. We work in Baton Rouge because that’s home — and every city that looks like ours deserves the same.
